Biography
Kerri is a certified veterinary technician with over 25 years of experience in small animal medicine. She started her career in the early 90s at a local boarding kennel and eventually worked as a technician at VCA Westboro Animal Hospital where she spent 14 years in general practice providing wellcare, surgery, and dental care to small animals. She then worked at Tufts Lerner Clinic from 2012-2018 where she instructed veterinary students anesthesia and surgery prep and worked in high-volume surgery and community cat clinics. In 2018, she worked at the Animal Rescue League of Boston as the Community and Shelter Medicine Operations Manager and Wellness Waggin' Coordinator where she provided wellcare services and surgery to community animals. She recently came back to Tufts and is now working as a CVT in the Clinical Trials Office. When not working, Kerri enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 girls, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 rabbits, 2 guinea pigs, and a bearded dragon. Kerri's hobbies include hiking, camping, canoeing, cooking, and getting to the ocean whenever she can.
