The Elms Café, located in Agnes Varis Campus Center, offers students a place to refuel and congregate. Breakfast, lunch, coffee/tea, beverages, and snacks are available Monday through Friday. Chef proprietor of Loaves and Fishes catering company, Leah Surprenant, and her talented team prepare fresh, delicious specialties daily.
Full breakfast items are available including omelets, breakfast burritos, pancakes, fruit, and pastries. Lunch offerings include homemade soups, salad bar, grilled favorites, quesadillas, as well as specialty and traditional wraps and sandwiches. Also available are healthful on-the-go snacks, which cater to our busy students: yogurt, fruits, ready-made sandwiches, fresh salads, and decadent desserts. Gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options are offered, and all efforts are made to accommodate specific food allergies when notified.

Loaves & Fishes Catering, operating out of the Elms Café, provides full-service catering for your on-campus event. We specialize in proposing creative menus, comprised of only the freshest ingredients and artfully arranged to impress all of your guests. We offer breakfast buffets, entree salads, traditional and specialty sandwiches and wraps, freshly-made soups, pizza and calzones, as well as dessert and fruit platters, and beverages. There are several options to accommodate gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diets as well as specific food allergies.
