Why did you choose to pursue this degree, and why did you choose Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine to pursue this degree?
I chose MCM program at Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine because it is such a unique program and wildlife health has always been something I have been interested in and I want to expand my knowledge on the topic.
What are your interests and/or experience relative to conservation medicine?
I am very interested in Marine Mammal health and in marine life in general. I have experience working on a behavioral health project with harbor seals in rehabilitation and hope to gain more experience in wildlife health.
What are your career goals after completing the program?
I hope to pursue my Ph.D. in a wildlife related field and be able to research Marine Mammal health.
