Virginia Ndoro
PMHNP-BC, FNP-C
Biography
Virginia Ndoro is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience working in a variety of crisis and outpatient settings. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts in Boston, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salem State University, and a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on family medicine and a Psychiatry Post-Graduate Certification from Regis College. Virginia has experience as a faculty member at the University of Massachusetts in Boston and as a clinical nurse practitioner in a variety of settings. Most recently, she worked at a stabilization unit that provided respite care for individuals with acute behavioral health or substance abuse disorders. Additional areas of clinical interest are related to Martha Rogers’ Science of Unitary Human Beings specifically in examining and implementing pandimensionality in treatment plans. She embraces a holistic approach to treatment that integrates medication management, self-care, and consistent psychotherapy.
Services
Virginia primarily provides students on the Grafton campus with behavioral health diagnosis, treatment, and medication management. She treats symptoms associated with depression and anxiety, such as lack of energy, motivation, and poor sleep and diagnoses and treats ADD and ADHD. Virginia offers virtual services to health-fee paying students on the Boston campus and to Tufts students studying in Maine.
