Biography

A behavioral ecologist and urban wildlife specialist, Dr. Allen Rutberg evaluates wildlife management practices and focuses primarily on white-tailed deer ecology and conflicts. He researches fertility management and contraception to manage deer and wild horse populations, while investigating Lyme disease control and extending his contraception work to other countries. He earned his PhD from the University of Washington.
