Tufts Alumni Directory

The Alumni Directory offers many services to help you get the most out of your Tufts connection. Use the Tufts Alumni Directory to foster connections among friends old and new, as well as between community members and Tufts.

Community Features:

  • Online Directory - Find friends, update your contact information, network with members from around the globe. Add a picture to your profile!
  • Library Databases - Get access to a curated selection of databases you used as a student.
  • @alumni.tufts.edu - Activate your Tufts alumni forwarding address. No need to notify everyone the next time your email address changes just update your alumni email account.

Alumni Library Privileges

The Webster Family Veterinary Library is open to Tufts University alumni with the following services:

Alumni Library Cards
Available at the Webster Family Library office, these cards allow the borrowing of non-reserve materials. Please fill out an application to bring with you to the library or pick one up at the library. When the library is open on nights and weekends, please call Campus Police for access – you will need to have your borrowing card to be allowed entrance.

Database and Electronic Resources
If you are registered with the Tufts Alumni Directory you may access select library databases made available to alumni courtesy of the Tufts University Alumni Association and the Tufts libraries. When visiting the library in-person, you may use all print and electronic resources available to the Cummings School community.

Web Access
All Tufts University alumni may access the Internet through the computers at the library.

Fee-Based Document Delivery & Interlibrary Loan
At your request, articles either in the library’s collection or from interlibrary loan may be emailed to you for a fee. Please email your requests to webvet@tufts.edu.

Research Services
Cummings School library staff can search the full suite of Tufts databases on your behalf, tailoring searches to your specific needs. Bibliographies can be emailed to you for free, although there may be a fee associated with accessing full articles.

Transcript Request

Current students and those who graduated in 2006 or later should request a transcript online via SIS. All other requests, including graduation/degree verifications, may be submitted in writing with a signature by mail, email or fax to:

Requesting a Transcript Online

Please log onto SIS by going to http://go.tufts.edu/sis

Once logged on, go to Requests and then select Official Transcript.

If you have forgotten your UTLN and/or Password, you may access Tufts Tools for assistance at: http://tuftstools.tufts.edu/.

Requesting a Transcript via Signed Request

Only signed requests are acceptable, therefore, email requests will not be honored unless a scanned signature is attached.

Please include the following information:

  • your name,
  • your birth date (month and day),
  • the mailing address to which the transcript should be sent,
  • the deadline, if any, for receipt of the transcript.

Name Changes: Transcripts will be issued with your name at the time of enrollment. If you have changed your name since graduation please be sure to include both your previous and your new/current names in your request along with a photocopy of a federal or state issued picture ID, such as a license or passport, documenting the name change.

Please allow three to five working days for your request to be processed.

Official transcripts and letters verifying graduation or degree are free of charge.
