Biography
Dr. Kelly Sullivan earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. She then pursued a PhD in Biochemistry at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, where she studied breast cancer and brain cancer under the guidance of Dr. Richard Cerione. She continued to participate in biochemical and veterinary research while earning her DVM at the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduating, Dr. Sullivan completed a rotating internship in medicine and surgery at the Animal Medical Center in Manhattan, NY. She then practiced as an emergency clinician at a specialty practice in Brewster, NY before pursuing a career in anesthesiology. She has two cats named Daisy and Aster and a dog named Hazelnut.
