Biography
Dr. King-Podzaline received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Vermont, her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine and a Master's of Science in Animal Welfare and Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary Medicine. Her professional interests are in dairy production medicine and farm animal welfare, specifically pain management of livestock. Dr. King-Podzaline belongs to the American Association of Bovine Practitioners (AABP) and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA). She serves on the Welfare Committee for both the AVMA and the AABP. Dr. King-Podzaline is married to her husband Michael, a Captain in the fire service, and is the proud mother of two daughters.
