Whether you are a seasoned runner or just beginning, all are welcome to participate. For those new to running, this is a great opportunity to learn about the sport from some experienced club members. Enjoy conversation on topics such as shoe selection, running apparel, nutrition for fueling your run, injury prevention, or the mechanics and fundamentals of a running program.
Walkers are welcome too! Everyone starts and ends together with walkers taking a modified route.
When/Where: The Club meets every Tuesday at 5:15 p.m. at the Varis Lecture Hall. Adhoc runs are scheduled on Saturday or Sunday morning, when possible, and at other times club members arrange. Locations may vary.
For more information or to be added to the e-list for run invites and announcements of upcoming activities contact the coordinator.
