Instructions for Faculty Profiles
All faculty profiles are maintained in the Tufts Faculty Information System (FIS), which provides faculty with a single, comprehensive platform to organize and showcase their professional accomplishments.
FIS consists of two components: Elements and Discovery. Tufts Elements is accessible only to Tufts faculty and designated support staff and is where faculty manage and update their profile information. Updates made in Tufts Elements may take up to three days to sync and appear on Cummings School's website.
Support resources are available through TTS for Elements and Discovery: Faculty Information System (FIS). Questions may also be directed to symelements@tufts.edu or to Casey Dougherty, Faculty Affairs Officer in the Dean’s Office.
Once a faculty profile is live in FIS, the faculty member or their designated delegate must submit a request to vetweb@tufts.edu to have the profile displayed on the appropriate department and/or hospital and clinic pages on the Cummings School website.
Instructions for House Officer Profiles
