Biography
Dr. Hernke graduated from the United States Military Academy and received his medical degree in veterinary medicine from Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. He has professional interests in dairy calf care and diarrheal diseases, dairy production medicine and large animal surgery. Dr. Hernke is a member of the American Association of Bovine Practitioners, as well as the American Association of Small Ruminant Practitioners. In his free time Dr. Hernke enjoys kayaking, hiking and gardening.
