Biography
Cristina earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences at the University of Maryland - College Park. She went on to serve as the Operations Manager of the Animal Department at the Maryland Zoo for nine years, gaining experience in both staff and animal management, departmental leadership, organization and policies, as well as facility and project management. She continued to gain business development experience at a family-owned construction company for the past three years, enhancing her budgeting, bookkeeping, and project management skills. She is excited to join the team at Tufts as Practice Administrator, working collaboratively with both staff and veterinarians to help grow the facility. In her free time, Cristina enjoys being with her growing family, staying active outdoors, and cooking and entertaining.
