David M. Stucenski
Biography
David Stucenski serves as the K9 Education and Training Coordinator at the Richard McLaughlin Center for Operational K9s. A retired Massachusetts State Police Sergeant, he brings 25 years of law enforcement leadership experience, including patrol operations, K9 training, specialized team supervision, and instruction. He previously served as a SWAT Team K9 Supervisor, Instructor, Handler, and as Nero’s Law Coordinator and Instructor, supporting Massachusetts training on emergency care and transport for injured police K9s. David is currently a Veterinary Technician student at Penn Foster and works with Baystate Mobile Veterinary Services, gaining practical experience in veterinary care and animal health support. Recognized with commendations for valor and merit, he is committed to advancing operational K9 education, handler readiness, and training standards in high-accountability environments.
