Biography
Kim is a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) with a bachelor's degree in veterinary science from Becker College and a master's degree in public health from the University of Texas School of Public Health. With 20 years of experience as a CVT, Kim has also been certified as a Veterinary Technician Specialist (Anesthesia/Analgesia) since 2008 and has extensive experience with large and small animals, as well as exotics. After working within Foster Hospital's Anesthesia Service from 2003-2012, Kim moved to San Antonio, Texas, where she completed graduate school, and then lived in Seoul, Korea for over two years. In August 2017, Kim returned to Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine joining the Clinical Trials Office. Kim has two dogs and two young boys. In her free time, she enjoys travel, reading, yoga, crafts, and spending time with family and friends.
