Lizbeth Serrano
Biography
Liz has always had a strong passion for working with large animals, a dedication that began at a young age and has continued to grow throughout her academic and professional journey. She pursued this interest by earning a bachelor’s degree in animal science from SUNY Cobleskill, where she developed a solid foundation in animal health, handling, and management across multiple species.
Throughout her life, Liz gained hands-on experience with animals through 4-H and Future Farmers of America (FFA). These opportunities allowed her to work closely with large animals while building practical skills in animal care, responsibility, and husbandry. In addition to large-animal experience, she developed a broad range of knowledge working with small, large, and exotic animals, giving her a well-rounded understanding of animal behavior and care.
Liz is excited about the opportunity to be part of the TVFS team and looks forward to working collaboratively with both the staff and clients. She’s eager to contribute her passion, experience, and dedication to providing quality care while continuing to grow professionally in a supportive and team-focused environment.
