Anesthesia
At Tufts Equine Center, we understand that each patient is unique. Age, breed, health and personality are all factors that must be evaluated prior to undergoing anesthesia. Our highly trained team of board-certified anesthesiologists and certified technician anesthetists provides each patient with an individualized plan that incorporates both the latest research and our many years of experience. We are committed to patient safety and comfort, and we take every precaution to ensure your horse is treated under optimal conditions. We operate state-of-the-art equipment to monitor heart and lung function as well as anesthetic depth.
