Massachusetts Animal Fund (MAF) Voucher Program

Luke and Lily Lerner Spay/Neuter Clinic (Lerner Clinic) has partnered with the Massachusetts Animal Fund to work towards preventing animal homelessness. Lerner Clinic was approved as a veterinary provider and offers spaying, neutering, and vaccination services for homeless animals and animals owned by low-income residents. MAF can provide free spay/neuter vouchers to low-income residents for their cats and dogs. If you are eligible to receive government assistance such as SNAP, WIC, SSI, TAFDC, VS, etc., you can qualify to receive a voucher. Massachusetts residents who qualify can apply for a voucher by contacting their local animal control officer. Be advised that the wait list for a voucher is extensive and can sometimes exceed 12 months. Priority is given to animals in urgent need of services.

If you are bringing your pet to the Lerner Clinic with a MAF voucher, you must complete and sign the owner portion of the voucher and present it to the Lerner Clinic staff at the time of drop off in the morning.
