Massachusetts Animal Fund (MAF) Voucher Program

Luke and Lily Lerner Clinic (Lerner Clinic) has partnered with the Massachusetts Animal Fund to work towards preventing animal homelessness. Lerner Clinic was approved as a veterinary provider and offers spaying, neutering, and vaccination services for homeless animals and animals owned by low-income residents. MAF can provide free spay/neuter vouchers to low-income residents for their cats and dogs. If you are eligible to receive government assistance such as SNAP, WIC, SSI, TAFDC, VS, etc., you can qualify to receive a voucher. Massachusetts residents who qualify can apply for a voucher by contacting their local animal control officer. Be advised that the wait list for a voucher is extensive and can sometimes exceed 12 months. Priority is given to animals in urgent need of services.

If you are bringing your pet to the Lerner Clinic with a MAF voucher, you must complete and sign the owner portion of the voucher and present it to the Lerner Clinic staff at the time of drop off in the morning.
