Cummings School’s Animal Matters seminar series featured guest speaker Dr. Andrew N. Rowan, chief international and scientific officer of the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), who spoke about dog sterilization and was interviewed after the seminar by Telegram.com of Worcester, Massachusetts.
Before HSUS, Dr. Rowan was the founder and director of the Tufts University’s Center for Animals and Public Policy and started the first graduate degree program in animal policy, the MS in Animals in Public Policy in 1995.
