The Diagnostic Imaging Service is one of the largest such specialist groups in the country, with seven board-certified radiologists and the most advanced imaging equipment available.
Cummings School's superior equipment and faculty expertise ensure high-quality images every time. Our state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging suite includes a 3 Tesla MRI unit, two ultrasound rooms, a fully equipped nuclear medicine suite and a helical multislice CT unit. Both the MRI and CT suites are the only units of their kind serving equine and companion animals in New England. In addition, traditional radiology services include four fully digital (filmless) X-ray rooms that support an active interventional radiology program.
