Biography
Dr. Emmy Budas is a specialty intern in the Zoological Companion Animal Medicine Service at Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. She completed her veterinary training at the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine and obtained her DVM in 2021. She then completed a small animal rotating internship at the Animal Emergency and Referral Center of Minnesota. Dr. Budas is working towards becoming ACZM boarded to pursue a career as a zoo medicine specialist. Dr. Budas is originally from a suburb of Boston and is very happy to return to the greater Boston area after having spent the last 5 years in MN. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, exploring the cities, attending MA sports events, and spending time at home with her 2 cats.
