Biography

My training is in respiratory biology, specifically the role of pulmonary macrophages in defense of the lungs against infection. Since 2003, I have been involved in higher education in veterinary medicine as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. As I move on from that position, I am devoting time and energy to programs that can facilitate resiliency and improved behavioral health in veterinary medical students and new veterinary graduates.
