Biography

Hails from Connecticut
B.S Animal Science
University of Connecticut, 2020

My name is Aaron Lambert. I graduated from The University of Connecticut in May 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and a minor in Molecular Cell Biology. I am passionate about community outreach and improving the world around me through service. While I have limited experience in the research of infectious diseases, I enter this program with a genuine interest in the field. I have worked as a technician at a veterinary hospital for over seven years, and infectious diseases in small animals is my favorite topic to discuss with clients and colleagues. However, I know that this is only a small part of the larger realm of infectious diseases. My aim with this program is to deepen my understanding of infectious diseases so that I am prepared to improve the health of the local and global communities we all share. Outside of school, I enjoy golf, the beach, skiing, and playing guitar.
