Leptospirosis

Leptospirosis is a zoonotic disease that is distributed worldwide, including in the United States, where it is a re-emerging infectious disease. We have developed antibodies that provide complete protection against Leptospira interrogans serovar Copenhageni, a zoonotic pathogen that can cause pulmonary hemorrhage and respiratory failure in humans. Our focus is to develop vaccines against human and animal Leptospirosis.
