PETFAX Behavioral Consultation Fees

The current fee per PETFAX consult is $250 and must be received before the consultation is done. If you have already had an initial behavior consultation with us and you would like to do a recheck consultation after the three month follow-up period, the current fee is $127. Consultation fees are subject to change over time. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or Personal Checks. Since we cannot accept credit cards over the Internet, you must call us with your credit card information at 1-508-887-4640, or mail it to us at:
