The Center for Shelter Dogs (CSD) is a new initiative of the Shelter Medicine Program, also housed within the Center for Animals and Public Policy, dedicated to improving the welfare of homeless dogs cared for by humane organizations, animal control facilities, and rescue groups throughout the nation.
“Through hands-on clinics, we help underserved animals right now, while also preparing students to hit the ground running when they start their careers with organizations devoted to caring for animals in need.”
